Return Eligibility You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return: The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The seal must not be broken. You must contact us before sending the product back.

Non-Returnable Items Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 working days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash. Please provide your account details when requesting a return.
